無事オペ終了しています。
今週は他に 上下に骨移植と サイナンスリフトをしながら6本埋入の
オペなどががあったのですがこのオペが一番緊張しました。
少しだけ のど側に入れることによりスペースをかせぎがら
埋入しました。
時間的には 手術場に入ってドレーピングをしてから
終わるまで15分位なのですが なかなか緊張しました。
当院では必ずオペ室でインプラント手術を行います。
どうしても清潔を保つ為には最低限必要なのですが、
患者さんが入室する時は皆さん緊張されるようです。
まず小さいレントゲンで確認します
次に全体のレントゲンで確認
もちろん 必ず術後 ＣＴは撮影します。
当院のＣＴは日本のＣＴのなかで もっとも被爆量の少ないＣＴなので（一般の医科のＣＴの1/7ぐらい）
